General Terms & Conditions:
These General Terms form an agreement between the Agency (provider) and the Client (business owner) for the supply of digital marketing services. By agreeing you accept the terms below.

• Services: The Agency will provide digital marketing services as described in the scope of work. Deliverables and timelines will be agreed in writing.
• Fees & Payment: The Client agrees to pay fees as invoiced. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
• Term & Termination: Either party may terminate with notice as specified in the scope. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
• Intellectual Property: Unless agreed otherwise, materials produced by the Agency remain the Agency's property until paid in full; pre-existing IP remains with its owner.
• Liability: The Agency's liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid for the relevant period. The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Client Obligations: The Client will provide access to accounts, assets, and timely approvals required to perform the services.
• Compliance: Campaigns and content must comply with applicable laws and platform policies; the Client is responsible for legal compliance of supplied content.
• Acceptance: By checking "I agree" during signup the Client accepts these terms and any attached scope of work.
