Absolutely. Every profile is background-checked and identity-verified by our admin team before becoming visible to ensure trust is maintained throughout the platform.
How do payments work?
To ensure transparency, our platform maintains a detailed ledger for every user. For now, payments and withdrawals are processed manually by our admin team based on your account's earnings and spending.
How can I contact a freelancer?
You can message any freelancer directly on the platform once you've registered as a client (owner). To protect privacy and trust, direct contact like email or phone is not displayed on profiles.
What services are offered on the marketplace?
We specialize in digital services including web design, digital marketing, content writing, graphic design, tutoring, and data entry. We are continuously expanding based on user demands.
How do I request a payout?
If you are a freelancer, you can visit your wallet and click 'Request Payout'. Our admin team will manually review and process your payment within 2-3 business days.
